MSO Stainless Fittings and Adapters has invested in some of the latest technology of machine tools with sub spindles. This allows us to machine most parts complete in one operation. Handling time is very critical and accounts for 25% of your cost in most parts.
Our smaller machines are gang tool machines. All of the tools are mounted on a gang slide. Therefore there is no tool indexing time. Again this is very critical to the cycle time, and when you lower the cycle time, you lower the cost of the product.
MSO Stainless Fittings and Adapters has invested in the latest technology of Crimping Machines also. Every size has been programmed into our touch screen crimper. This allows us recall any size and crimp every fitting exactly the same. As a special service, we can crimp your special fittings up to 3.
