MSO Seals can manufacture custom made oil seals to your dimension or drawing. These custom machined oil seals can be machined from polyurethane, NBR, HNBR, silicone, Viton, and Teflon. We machine the outer shell and lip from any elastomer and then we use an insert from nylon or Teflon for rigidity. These custom machined oil seals are non-metallic but work perfectly for any application.
