Also we offer abrasive jet cutting. With an AbrasiveJet, more difficult materials can be cleanly and quickly cut that would render a standard WaterJet system useless. An AbrasiveJet can cut nearly anything. Materials most commonly cut by the AbrasiveJet include rubber, urethane, paper, gasketing, fiberglass, armor glass, composites, wood, plastics, Kevlar®, carbon, steel, carbide, titanium, G-10, metal matrix, aluminum, brass, cooper, marble, granite, Lexan®, graphite, ceramics, glass, etc.

The AbrasiveJet cuts without appreciable heat build-up. It does not alter the properties of the material nor does it stress the material. Small amounts of abrasive in the cutting stream will allow laminates to be cut without delaminating the material. It is truly state of the art.
