Rings Are Available In Following Materials:

HSI 2000: Ductile Iron, our standard material. Specification sheet on request.
CAST IRON: Pearlitic Grey Iron, similar to ASTM A48 class 40.
BRONZE: SAE 660 or Alloy of your choice.
NI-RESIST: Type I or Type II.
STAINLESS STEEL: 300 & 400 Series.
"SUPER ALLOYS": Nickel & Chrome Alloys.

Although we can furnish rings to your special sizes, the following is a list of standard commonly used rings. They can be described by their part number plus width suffix. Most rings are available in any width or wall.

We can provide heavy duty retaining and stop rings. These rings can be made from high strength ductile iron or high carbon steel to provide the strength required for your applications

Our plunger rings are application proven to be number one in sealing and longevity in hot chamber zinc die cast machines. Made from heat treated SAE 420 Stainless Steel or H-13 tool steel, these rings have the strength and corrosion resistance the industry expects.

We manufacture these rings with our patented process of manufacturing, achieving close size tolerances and high surface finishes.
