OSA |
The OSAtype seal has a metal inserts encased in
rubber on all but the face away from the fluid to be
sealed. It is useful where housing may have a
greater coeffecient of expansion than the metal case
oil seal. It is Suitable for general sealing
applications and housings having considerable amount
of corrosion. |
|
OSB |
TheOSB type rotary shaft seal is also widely used seal and
many sizes are available ex-stock. The metal encased
on the outer diameter and on the non fluid sealing
side ensures a better resistance to thermal
expansion when compared to the rubber encased metal
insert rotary shaft seal. |
|
OSC |
The OSC type rotary shaft seal
is a closed, spring loaded built up seal with two
metal cup inserts. The complete metal encased
ensures strength especially for seals with small
cross section or even large diameters. SpareAge can
supply these seals upto 1500 mm. Please refer to the
diamension list for availability. |
|
OSA-DL |
OSA-DL is similar to OSA type rotary shaft seal but with an
additional dust lip which is provided to avoid
ingress of light to medium dust and dirt. |
|
OSB-DL |
OSB-DL is similar to OSA type rotary shaft seal but with an
additional dust lip which is provided to avoid
ingress of light to medium dust and dirt.
|
|
OSC-DL |
OSC-DL is similar to OSA type rotary shaft seal but with an
additional dust lip which is provided to avoid
ingress of light to medium dust and dirt.
|
|
OSA-WS |
The OSA-WS rotary shaft
seal is useful where pressure are in excess of 0.5
bar or for seal with small diameter where spring
cannot be loaded.
|
|
OSB-WS |
The OSB-WS rotary shaft
seal is similar to the OSA-WS but has on advantage
of better housing retention |
|
OSA-DL/DS |
The OSA-DL/DS rotary
shaft seal can be used for sealing two seprate
fluids. For e.g. coolant from shaft side to enter
the bearing or to avoid the leakage of bearing
lubricant from the opposite side. |
|
OSB-DL/DS |
The OSB-DL/DS is similar
to OSA-DL/DS but has a higher retention in the
bearing housings.
|
|
OSC-DL/DS |
The OSC-DL/DS is also
similar to OSA-DL/DS but is most suitable for large
diameters.
